Meetings And Conferencing

Each of the Holborn’s meeting and event facilities are located on the venue’s first floor. There are three main rooms, but each of these can be split into sub-sections, while they can also be joined together to make one large facility; indeed, when put together the two rooms, named Orion and Perseus, form the largest meeting room with a maximum capacity of 400 for a reception style event. The other room is called Tuscana, while in addition there are eight further rooms which can be used as syndicates or breakouts.
The facilities are suitably flexible and so are ideal for a range of events such as conferences, banquets, receptions and board meetings. The rooms can be set up in theatre, boardroom, cabaret and dinner dance formats, each of which is featured in the capacity chart below. Alternative layouts are classroom, u-shape, lunch/dinner and reception.
The hotel has a range of amenities and facets to help with the running of your activity and event. Conveniently there is wireless internet access, air conditioning, photocopying and faxing, audio visual equipment, stationary, video conferencing and a data projector with screen. Natural daylight is another helpful aspect.
